Department of Computer Science and Information Technology in collaboration with IQAC of Smt.Devkiba Mohansinhji Chauhan College of Commerce and Science,Silvassa had organized IT Quiz Competition – 2022-23.The Quiz consisted of various rounds like IT Round, OS Round, Network Round, Fullform Round,Who Am I Round, Tagline and Logo Round, etc. Total 8 teams (each of 3 students) have participated and all the S.Y.B.Sc.(CS), T.Y.B.Sc.(CS) , S.Y.B.Sc.(IT) and T.Y.B.Sc.(IT) students from CS-IT Department have attended and enjoyed the quiz competition with fun and excitement.
The Quiz was hosted by the Coordinator Ms. Nidhi Patel. First 3 Winning Teams were awarded with Certificates.
Treasure of LCSCT Shri Vishvesh Dave sir graced the event and encouraged the students.Shri A N Shridhar Sir – Principal of Lions English School, Ms. Nirali Parekh – Vice Principal of Lions English School, Dr. Jhanavi Arekar – IQAC Coordinator and Science Coordinator of Devkiba College and Ms. Shobhna Danwar – Commerce Coordinator were also present and motivated students.
HoD of CS-IT Department Ms. Madhuri Narkhede welcomed the guests and addressed the students regarding IT Quiz Competition.
HoD of CS-IT Department Ms. Madhuri Narkhede and the coordinator of the activity Ms. Nidhi Patel expressed their gratitude towards Hon’ble Chairman of Lions club of silvassa charitable Trust for their big support and motivation for conducting such activity. Also thanked Tresure of LCSCT Shri Vishvesh Dave sir for gracing the event and encouraging the students, all members of Lions club of Silvassa charitable Trust for their support and I/c principal Dr. Seema Pillai ma’am for providing continuous guidance without which this activity could not be possible.
The coordinator of the activity Ms. Nidhi Patel ma’am and all the members of CS/IT department took care of every small thing allocated to them and made the activity successful The enthusiasm and participation of the students made the event a Successful one.
