State AIDS Control Society Organised – Best Out of Waste Competition
On the occasion of National Youth Day, State AIDS Control Society organised “Best out of waste” competition at Smt. Devkiba Mohansinhji Chauhan college of Commerce and Science, making the Youth aware of HIV/AIDS by using students’ creativity on following themes
1. Stigma and Discrimination
2. Drug abuse
3. HIV status( before marriage)
4. Mode of transmission.
Students actively participated. First, Second and Third prize were awarded to the participants in which they received bags, bottles and diaries. Students were encouraged and motivated while receiving the award at the hands of Principal Prof. Dr. Ambadas Jadhav and the members of Red Ribbon Club, Silvassa.
